The room was exactly what we needed for a restful night - clean, comfortable, with handy amenities like a Keurig, microwave, and fridge. However, the lack of bedding, remote for the TV, and a phone for communication with the front desk were major letdowns that made this a no-go choice for myself and my family. Also, the absence of blackout curtains was inconvenient.
This hotel was a total disappointment for me and my family. The room we booked lacked basic amenities like soap and had empty conditioner bottles. There were no bedding, no TV remote, and no phone for me to call the front desk for help. Definitely a big no-go for us.
The hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms where we could get some much-needed rest. The service was very helpful and nice. However, the lack of hot water and room cleanliness were a downside. The location was convenient for our early morning service, but we probably wouldn't stay here again. The dining was enjoyable, but a bit overpriced. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
